ELPA21 Training Information
How do I access the ELPA21 training modules?
The ELPA21 test administrator and coordinator training is now available in the ClearCourse learning management system (LMS) located within your state’s ELPA21 portal. To access the your state portal, please select your state from the list below.
- Ohio*

*Training availability and offerings may vary by state. Please contact your state’s ELPA21 assessment coordinator/representative for more information.
How do I log in to the ClearCourse LMS?
On your state portal’s home page, select the box titled “ClearCourse Learning Management System (LMS)” to open the training log-in window. Enter the same username and password that you use to access other Cambium systems, such as TIDE (Test Information Distribution Engine). If you do not have an existing username and password for Cambium systems, you must be registered by a school or district coordinator before you can log in and access the modules.
Due to the interactive nature of the training program, modules should be completed on a desktop or laptop computer.
Who should I contact if I have questions?
If you have questions about registration, site navigation, data requests, or other technical aspects of the training, please contact your state’s Cambium Help Desk. Help Desk contact information can be found within your state’s ELPA21 portal. If you have questions about the training content itself, please reach out to info@elpa21.org.
We appreciate your patience during this transition and hope the new training platform makes it easier to access the information you need to successfully administer and coordinate ELPA21 assessments.
